BUSINESS CHALLENGE
At the on-set of COVID-19, Euri, an app development company recognized a gap for Smal Business Owners in the work-from-home, remote monitoring space.
While there were plenty of larger scale, more complex ways to manage remote working teams, for a Small Business Owner, paying and implementing those were difficult and often not feasible from a cost standpoint.
Enter a solution from Euri: Motiv. The only digital lead executive dashboard built for remote leaders.
This new app offered unappareled privacy as nothing was need to be installed on company computers, a true differentiator in the space.
An MVP was developed by Eturi's engineering team in a matter of weeks for timeliness into the market.
MARKETING SUPPORT
• Premiere Partners: Identified small business owners in San Diego and Los Angeles as beta testers
• to receive early access to the product, help shape on-going features and to use as testimonials on website, collateral, ads, etc.
• Partnered with SBA in San Diego, LA, Dallas, Seattle, as several other key markets to secure email lists, sponsorship of their virtual conferences, and support in their on-going email and social messaging.
• Collateral: Interactive salesmen brochures for sharing via email, zoom calls
• PR: Press releases developed and issued for the launch, as well as for key upgrades.
• Website and Search: iOS and Google Play messaging, search and ads were developed to drive downloads
• Linkedin Campaign: Focused ads to specific categories of small business owners on Linkedin to drive downloads and usage of the app.
RESULTS
• Achieved first year subscription growth in a six-month time period.
• Maintained an 80% usage rated by the end of the six-month time period.
Paid app upgrades were received by 90% of users with 45% tracking at the highest app upgrade level.
